This promotion is sponsored by El Chico Restaurant at 4301 Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock, TX, Ottos Granary at 4119 Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock, TX, My Cup of Tea at 2713 26^th St. in Lubbock, TX, Aunt Carols Bakery at 3709 19^th St. in Lubbock, TX and Everything Lubbock.com (Nexstar Broadcasting), 7403 S. University, Lubbock, Texas, KLBK (Nexstar Broadcasting) and KAMC-TV (Mission Broadcasting), 7403 University, Lubbock, Texas.  Promotion is void where prohibited.  By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these promotion rules. 

Promotion Summary

Persons will be encouraged to enter for an Easter Contest Giveaway drawing to be held Thursday April 17, 2014.        

Eligibility

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  This promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents in the KLBK/KAMC viewing area who are 18 years of age or older at the date their entry form is completed.  Employees and immediate family members of employees of El Chico Restaurant at 4301 Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock, TX, Ottos Granary at 4119 Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock, TX, My Cup of Tea at 2713 26^th St. in Lubbock, TX, Aunt Carols Bakery at  3709 19^th St. in Lubbock, TX and Everything Lubbock.com (Nexstar Broadcasting), 7403 S. University, Lubbock, Texas, KLBK (Nexstar Broadcasting) and KAMC-TV (Mission Broadcasting), 7403 University, Lubbock, Texas and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.  “Immediate family” includes the employee’s children, spouses of the employee’s children, the employee’s brothers and their spouses, the employee’s sisters and their spouses, the employee’s parents, the employee’s spouse and the parents of the employee’s spouse.  Adopted, half, step members, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related are also included in “immediate family”, and are therefore not eligible to participate. 

How to Enter

Participants may visit Everythinglubbock.com and complete an official entry form online.  The entry sign-up period will begin on Monday April 7, 2014 and will conclude midnight April 16, 2014. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted.  If more than one entry form submitted in a single day is discovered, the additional entries received from that person on that particular day will be discarded. 

Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify.  Sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com) are not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning or any hardware or software, human error, or any other error or malfunction.  All entries become the property of the sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com), and these sponsors reserve the right to use any information submitted by entrants. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual shall be determined by the sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com) in their sole discretion, and these sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the promotion.   

By entering this promotion, entrant agrees that El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com may provide entrant with promotional materials and that these sponsors may release entrant’s personally identifiable registration information to each other for that purpose. 

Prize Information

The random winner drawn will receive a gift certificate for dinner for two to El Chico, chocolate from Ottos Granary, a $50 gift certificate to My Cup of Tea and a $50 gift certificate from Aunt Carol’s Bakery.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by KLBK or KAMC sales management by telephone or email within 48 hours of their selection. 

Conditions of Acceptance of Prize
As proof of identity and eligibility, the winner will be required to show a valid driver’s license or other appropriate photo identification at the time the prize is presented.  The winner will also be required to submit a W-9 IRS form to the KLBK/KAMC-TV accounting office at the time the prize is presented.  Winner will be solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes, as well as any other items of an incidental nature. 

Each winner agrees to the use of his or her name and/or likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  By entering this promotion, each winner acknowledges that the sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com) have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner's name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.

Limitation on Liability
By entering this promotion, each entrant forever discharges and releases the sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com) and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury or death resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize, however caused.

Sponsor's Reservation of Rights
These official rules are subject to modification by the sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com).  In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the sponsors are final and binding.  The sponsors (El Chico Restaurant, Ottos Granary, My Cup of Tea, Aunt Carol’s Bakery, KLBK, KAMC and Everythinglubbock.com) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or who otherwise acts in violation of these official rules.  The sponsors further reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this promotion if, for any reason the promotion is not capable of completion as planned (including, but not limited to, for the following reasons:  infection by computer virus, technical corruption, force majeure, or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, security, or proper conduct of the promotion).
