KLBK/KAMC/Celebrity Attractions “Hello Dolly” Ticket Giveaway Official Rules
This promotion is sponsored by Celebrity Attractions, 7506 East 91st St. Tulsa, OK, KAMC-TV (Mission Broadcasting) KLBK-TV (Nexstar Broadcasting) and Everythinglubbock.com 7403 University, Lubbock, Texas. Promotion is void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these promotion rules.
Two Prize winners will be awarded two tickets each to Celebrity Attractions “Hello Dolly.” Tickets are valued at $55 apiece.
Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. This promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents in the KAMC and KLBK viewing area. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV (Mission Broadcasting) KLBK-TV (Nexstar Broadcasting) and Everythinglubbock.com, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. “Immediate family” includes the employee’s children, spouses of the employee’s children, the employee’s brothers and their spouses, the employee’s sisters and their spouses, the employee’s parents, the employee’s spouse and the parents of the employee’s spouse. Adopted, half, step members, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related are also included in “immediate family”, and are therefore not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
Participants may visit Everythinglubbock.com and complete an official entry form. The entry sign-up period will begin on Thursday March 27th and will conclude on Wednesday April 2nd. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. If more than one registration completed by an entrant in a single day is discovered, the additional registrations from that entrant received on the same day will be discarded. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entries for each giveaway dates. A total of two pairs of tickets will be awarded on Friday April 4, 2014.
Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify. Sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com) are not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning or any hardware or software, human error, or any other error or malfunction. All entries become the property of the sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com), and these sponsors reserve the right to use any information submitted by entrants. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual shall be determined by the sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com) in their sole discretion, and these sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the promotion.
By entering this promotion, entrant agrees that Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com may provide entrant with promotional materials and that these sponsors may release entrant’s personally identifiable registration information to each other for that purpose.
Winner Notification:
An attempt by KAMC/KLBK staff to notify each winner by telephone or email will be made within 24 hours of their selection. Winners do not have to call in to KAMC-TV or KLBK-TV to notify the sponsors that their name appeared on a broadcast. A driver's license or other appropriate picture identification will be required to be shown at the time the tickets are picked up in order to appropriately identify the winner.
Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received for each giveaway.
Conditions of Acceptance of Prize:
Winner will be solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes, as well as any other items of an incidental nature.
Each winner agrees to the use of his or her name and/or likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, each winner acknowledges that the sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com) have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner's name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.
Limitation on Liability:
By entering this promotion, each entrant forever discharges and releases the sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com) and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury or death resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize, however caused.
Sponsor's Reservation of Rights:
These official rules are subject to modification by the sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com). In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the sponsors are final and binding. The sponsors (Celebrity Attractions, KAMC-TV, KLBK-TV and Everythinglubbock.com) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or who otherwise acts in violation of these official rules. The sponsors further reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this promotion if, for any reason the promotion is not capable of completion as planned (including, but not limited to, for the following reasons: infection by computer virus, technical corruption, force majeure, or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, security, or proper conduct of the promotion).
